I enjoyed my stay. the staff members were very attentive, the food quality was excellent, and the facilities were excellent. ahmed from housekeeping was kind. hamzawy in the restaurant was attentive. hussein arranged a late check-out. i recommend a massage at the spa. Abir and kamal were excellent.

the pier does not extend far enough to reach the coral, so snorkeling was disappointing. the ceramic tiling on the pathways was slippery. i often seemed like i was skating on ice.

Our beautiful family room included a comfortable bed. air conditioning was efficient. we also appreciated the spacious bathroom. it had two sinks and a separate shower area. Very convenient. the room design helped.

i found the food amazing!!! i enjoyed the all-inclusive meals and drinks. the beach is naturally beautiful with sandy shores and gradual water depth. the pools are varied to serve both kids and adults.

check-in took almost an hour. i feel a one hour check-in is excessive. this really soured my initial impression.

i appreciated the staff's kindness and professionalism. ahmed from housekeeping was excellent. hamzawy in the restaurant was attentive, and ahmed at reception was helpful. mohamed hmd handled our luggage well. hussein arranged a late check-out as our flight was later in the day.

the beach is not ideal for swimming, one must walk about 200 meters to reach deeper water, and the swimming area is quite small.
